The National Trust for Historic Preservation is supporting the effort to gain a state historic tax credit for Tennessee and organized a mayor’s sign-on letter extolling the many benefits this incentive would provide the Volunteer state. Renee Kuhlman, director of Policy Outreach for the National Trust, joined with TN AIA’s Ashley Cates and developer Eric Blevins to present the letter at a meeting with Tennessee Chair of Ways and Means and Economic Development Commissioner Rolfe.
