Applicants should have education and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: fund raising, marketing, volunteer management, project management, or small business development/recruitment. Experience with historic preservation, planning, economic development, retailing, design, or nonprofit management is a plus. Candidates must be entrepreneurial, energetic, well organized, and able to work well with others. Excellent communications and project management skills are required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is strongly preferred.
