Building Hugger is looking to add a strategic Residential Sales Manager to our ever growing team! We are a young company with an old soul, reviving old school craftsmanship and historic architectural beauties one window at a time. As a band of skilled historic window restoration specialists dedicated to our craft and hellbent on dispelling vinyl window myths, we have forged a reputation as one of the Detroit area's go-to window restoration resources. As such, we value cultivating long term relationships with our clients over the aggressive sales tactics of replacement window companies, and are looking for a talented salesperson with a proven track record of providing top notch customer service. No two projects are ever alike, so we need someone that can use creative problem solving to guide the client through a series of decisions to the final sale. We have built a value driven, knowledge-based business around a skilled team of huggers, and we're looking for someone who can represent our brand and help us take our residential business it to the next level!Responsibilities & Duties
